Rome (by tajfu)

Nobody herd him, the dead man,
But still he lay moaning;
I was much further out than you thought
And not waving but drowning.Poor chap, he always loved larking
And now he’s dead
It must have been too cold for him his heart gave way,
They said.Oh, no no no, it was too cold always
(still the dead one lay moaning)
I was much too far out all my life
And not waving but drowning
I keep going back to this poem when I feel exactly like it: drowning.
Man, I need happy. I need me again.
I’m so sorry for fucking everything up
Maybe I’ll regret this,
maybe you shouldn’t reply,
maybe
maybe
maybe
I fucking hate goodbyes.
Hey all, I’m looking for roommates for next semester.
I have this dream where I live at a nice place with interesting people who also enjoy time well spent through conversations on life and everything else and like cooking and know the difference between loud & fun and quiet & relaxed (of which is far more often).
Basically, any of you who are…
- introverts disguised as extroverts
- cooks
- indie folk
- writers
- art obsessed
- inspirational types
- healthy go-getters
- late-night adventurers
- and fellow renaissance people
I’m looking for you. Then we’ll go about find a place. Please contact me!
For those that don’t know me, I’m a guy hellbent on being so good that I can’t be ignored and changing the world one day at a time. I want to focus on school, taking it easy, and cooking and eating healthy next semester. You don’t even have to go to UNC Charlotte! Heck, I’d love to get to somebody from Johnson & Wales or any nearby area who cares and simply wants a place to disconnect.
Those that aren’t in the moving situation but know of somebody interesting that is, let me know! Thanks :D
Help me find roommates, please!
You know those days where you step outside on your way to class or work and you know it’s going to be a good day? It’s a feeling like your soul is fully charged, from enough sleep or the excitement of what’s to come.
When there’s a long stretch of time between mornings like that, I know…
Just so you know, I’m writing over here nowwww~
charmefou asked: I just had to say, you pick all my favorite quotes and have acquainted me with lovelier ones. This space has given me butterflies Thank you for that.
These are the comments that make my day. :D Quotations are just the best, aren’t they?
I’m glad it could warm somebody up. I’m not what will happen to this blog, as Where in the World is my Atlas is taking a much higher priority in my life, but hopefully you have the same experience through that tumblr, too. :)
But I do love all of my followers; follow my next adventure here: whereintheworldismyatlas.tumblr.com
I’m only held accountable by you all.
